KompiTech is an International technology company with enterprise Blockchain projects that are geared towards supply chain management

Our Blockchain solutions include healthcare customer consignment inventory and a global IT Service Management Platform with an ecosystem of local IT Providers delivering IT Services to customers in any country or region.

We are looking for motivated technical enthusiasts to join our international team in Prague as a Technical Support Agent. We are building a new department supporting our clients globally.

Responsibilities

  • Remote Level 1 support for KompiTech global clients including desktop systems, software, workstations, telecommunication and network connectivity
  • Remote technical incidents management via phone and email
  • Incident troubleshooting and updating via ticketing management system according to SLAs
  • Provide users with advice and guidance on technical incidents and queries
  • Update client documentation (contacts, suppliers, technical info & processes)

Required skills

  • Experience in remote technical support
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Independence and proactive approach
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience in technical call center
